What size is each Willy?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Willy comes in 3 sizes<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mini \u2013 H10cm x W2cm x D3cm 25g<\/p>\n\n\n\n Large \u2013 H16cm x W3cm x D4cm 80g<\/p>\n\n\n\n Extra Large – H:30.5cm X W:3cm X D:8cm 139g<\/p>\n\n\n\n What postage service do you use and how long does it take to reach me?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n We use Royal Mail 2nd class post. This service takes on average 2-3 working days. We are not responsible for any delay or loss caused by Royal Mail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Can I get my Willy quicker?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes. Choose express postage option and we will send Willy Royal Mail 1st class post<\/p>\n\n\n\n Can you ship internationally?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes but there will be an increased postage cost. Please contact us to let us know your requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n What does Willy do?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n As well as being a fun friend for your plants, Willy is a water sensor. He turns a darker shade when the plant is well watered and he goes pale when he and your plant soil dry out. If Willy is pale, your plant needs watering<\/p>\n\n\n\n How do I use Willy?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Willy is made from a type of clay called terracotta. This is a porous material meaning it has small gaps between the particles which can hold water. Just like a sponge, water is sucked into the spaces within the terracotta causing it to go darker when wet<\/p>\n\n\n\n Can I use more than one Willy in a pot?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes! You can use as many as you want and can fit in. They can all be the same size or a mixture of sizes. Willy will not do any damage to your plants<\/p>\n\n\n\n Does the size of the pot matter?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes and no \u2013 If you want Willy to simply be a friend to your plant, you can use what size you want. If you want Willy to work as a water sensor you should use a size Willy that corresponds to the size of your pot. So a large pot, say 30cm wide, will need an extra large Willy. This is because a mini Willy will not go into the soil deep enough to reach the moisture level in the soil<\/p>\n\n\n\n Are there any plants willy can’t be used for?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Not that we are aware of<\/p>\n\n\n\n Can I use Willy outside?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes you can! Willy does not like to be cold so we suggest you bring him indoors in the winter<\/p>\n\n\n\n Can Willy be gift wrapped?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Yes. Please select gift wrap option when you add your willy to the shopping cart. Willy will be in a box and wrapped in nice paper with a bow and gift tag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Is Willy frost proof?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n No. There is chance he will break if he gets cold so we suggest you bring him indoors in the winter<\/p>\n\n\n\n What if Willy arrives damaged?<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n Please contact us using the form to let us know about this.
